These are the many skirts I made for my little gal . They are so fun and so easy! All I did was buy half a yard of fabric, cut 2 17 inch fabric pieces, sewed wrong sides together, added a hem on both sides, left the top hem open, then weaved elastic through.From there I had to try it on her to see how tight I needed the elastic, then tied it and sewed it up! From there I have added more and more things. Take a look!
